Examples: Graphic injury or death, torture, animal cruelty, extreme violence or suffering.
Hate Speech
Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
Protected characteristics include: Race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age.
Dangerous or Illegal Activities
Content promoting, instructing, or facilitating illegal or extremely dangerous activities.
Examples: Drug manufacturing/trafficking, weapons creation, hacking/cybercrime, terrorism, human trafficking, illegal gambling.
Self-Harm Content
Content promoting, glorifying, or providing instructions for self-harm or suicide.
Note: Educational content about mental health, suicide prevention, and recovery is allowed when handled appropriately.
Harassment & Bullying
Content intended to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate individuals.
Examples: Targeted harassment, doxxing, threats of violence, coordinated harassment campaigns.
Allowed Content
Educational Content
Educational content covering mature topics is allowed when handled appropriately and responsibly. This includes health education, historical events, scientific topics, and social issues.
News & Current Events
Coverage of news and current events is permitted, including discussion of sensitive topics when presented in a factual, journalistic manner.
Entertainment & Storytelling
Creative storytelling, entertainment content, and artistic expression are welcome within our content guidelines. Fiction, comedy, drama, and other creative genres are allowed when they don't violate our prohibited content policies.
Business & Professional Content
Business tips, career advice, productivity content, marketing strategies, and professional development topics are encouraged.
How Our Content Filters Work
Automated Detection
We use advanced AI-powered moderation tools to automatically detect potentially problematic content in prompts and generated scripts. Our system checks content both before and after generation.
Two-Stage Filtering
1. Pre-Generation: Your custom prompts and niche selections are scanned before sending to our AI models.
2. Post-Generation: Generated scripts and image prompts are checked before rendering to ensure compliance with our content policy.
Privacy & Data Handling
When content is flagged, we log minimal metadata (timestamp, policy categories) and a hash of the prompt. We do not store the full text of flagged content unless necessary for abuse prevention.
Consequences of Violations
Content Blocking
If your content violates our policy, generation will be blocked and you'll receive a clear error message explaining the issue and how to proceed.
Repeat Violations
Repeated or severe violations may result in account suspension or termination. We review patterns of violations and take appropriate action to maintain platform safety.
No Warnings for Severe Violations
Accounts may be immediately suspended without warning for severe violations involving illegal content, child safety, or other serious policy breaches.
Appeals Process
If you believe your content was incorrectly flagged or blocked, you can submit an appeal:
1. Email us at [email protected]. We help by email only, no calls. We reply by email within a few hours. We answer support emails with AI assistance; your message is processed by our AI provider only to reply to you.
2. Include your account email and the date/time of the block
3. Explain why you believe the content should be allowed
4. We'll review your appeal within 2-3 business days
Please note: Appeals are reviewed manually and our decisions are final. Repeated frivolous appeals may result in reduced appeal privileges.
